Courting Laura

I’m reading “These Happy Golden Years” and I love the courting of Laura by Almanzo. This might be my favorite book in the series because of it. So this article was timely:

Just an FYI: that site- The Pioneer Girl Project - is a rabbit hole. I was sucked in reading forever. I really need to just order "Pioneer Girl: The Annotated Autobiography"  and be done with it.

I also found THIS article about Laura and Manny having possible toxic mold syndrome and I was fascinated - and also knew I needed to shut my laptop off for the day after spending well over an hour on it. LOL  I did, however, decide that my family is going to drive out to DeSmet and stay at the Laura Ingalls homestead/camping area and we are going to listen to the audiobooks on the way. When I announced this to them they all moaned and walked away but, as God is my witness, this will happen. 😂
